Leer Liars Dice: Regels

Liar's Dice is a bluffing dice game where players make increasingly bold claims about the dice hidden under all cups. Challenge a claim you don't believe and someone loses a die. The last player with dice wins this tense game of deception.

Each player starts with five dice and a cup. All players shake their cups and look at only their own dice privately. One player begins the bidding.

1. 01The starting player makes a bid: a quantity and face value (e.g., 'three 4s').
2. 02This claims that among ALL dice (all players combined), there are at least that many of that face showing.
3. 03The next player must either raise the bid or challenge.
4. 04To raise: increase the quantity, or increase the face value with the same quantity.
5. 05Ones are often wild (count as any face) in standard rules.
6. 06To challenge (call 'Liar!'): all cups are lifted and dice are counted.
7. 07If the bid was met or exceeded, the challenger loses one die. If not, the bidder loses one die.
8. 08A player losing their last die is eliminated.
9. 09New round begins after each challenge, with the loser starting (if still in the game).

The last player with any dice remaining wins. Eliminating all opponents through successful challenges or surviving their challenges.

Liar's Dice appears in various forms worldwide. The Perudo variant originates from South America. The game gained pop culture fame from the movie 'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest.'
