Bataille Navale : apprendre à jouer: Règles

2 joueurs · 15–30 min · Apprentissage facile

Objectif

Locate and sink all of your opponent's ships before they sink yours.

Aperçu

Naval Battle is a guessing game of naval strategy for two players. Each player secretly positions a fleet of ships on a grid, then players take turns calling shots to locate and sink the opponent's ships. The first to sink all enemy ships wins.

Mise en place

Each player has two 10x10 grids: one for their own ships, one to track shots against the opponent. Players secretly place their fleet: 1 Carrier (5 squares), 1 Battleship (4), 1 Cruiser (3), 1 Submarine (3), 1 Destroyer (2). Ships cannot overlap or touch.

Comment jouer

  1. Players take turns calling out grid coordinates (e.g., 'B-7').
  2. The opponent announces 'Hit' if a ship occupies that square, or 'Miss' if not.
  3. Mark your tracking grid with hits and misses to record your information.
  4. When all squares of a ship are hit, the owner announces 'You sunk my [ship name]!'
  5. Continue alternating shots until one player's entire fleet is sunk.
  6. The player who sinks all opponent's ships first wins.

Gagner la partie

Sink all five of your opponent's ships before yours are destroyed. Accurate tracking and logical deduction speed up your victory.

Conseils stratégiques

Don't cluster your ships - spread them out to avoid giving up multiple ships to lucky shots.
Avoid placing ships along edges early in play - it's a common beginner pattern.
When you get a hit, focus adjacent squares to find the ship's orientation.
Ships are at least 2 squares long - a hit tells you there's at least one more square.
Use a hunting pattern to cover the board efficiently (every other square).
Track which ships are sunk to know what lengths remain.

Histoire

Naval Battle grew out of pencil-and-paper games played in the early 20th century, known as Salvo and Sea Battle, with fleets drawn on squared paper. It became one of the best-known two-player guessing games, played on paper, boards and screens.
