Be the last player with any dice remaining.
Each player starts with five dice and a cup. All players shake their cups and look at only their own dice privately. One player begins the bidding.
The last player with any dice remaining wins. Eliminating all opponents through successful challenges or surviving their challenges.
The starting player makes a bid: a quantity and face value (e.g., 'three 4s'). This claims that among ALL dice (all players combined), there are at least that many of that face showing. The next player must either raise the bid or challenge.
Count your own dice as guaranteed - build bids around what you actually have. Watch for patterns in others' bidding - they likely have what they bid on. Consider the total number of dice in play when judging bid probability.
